  • How quickly can you deliver a service engagement?

    Lead time depends on scope of work and team availability. For scheduled maintenance, we typically need 2–4 weeks to prepare and deliver. Emergency callouts are handled as quickly as possible – please call us directly for urgent matters.

  • Do you work outside Poland?

    Yes, we deliver projects across Central and Western Europe – Germany, Denmark, Austria, Czech Republic, Netherlands and beyond. Geographic scope for specific projects is agreed individually during quotation.

  • What certifications does your team hold?

    Our technicians hold GWO certifications (BST, BTT, ART), electrical qualifications for LV, MV and HV installations, mechanical qualifications, and OEM training including certified Vestas courses. If required, we can obtain additional certifications before project commencement.

  • Do you offer long-term service contracts?

    Yes, we deliver both one-off assignments and long-term wind farm service contracts. Terms of cooperation are agreed individually – contact us to discuss details.

  • What is your quotation process?

    Upon receiving an enquiry with scope of work details, we prepare an individual offer including detailed scope, timeline and pricing. Quotation preparation typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on project complexity.

  • Do you provide documentation after completing work?

    Yes, each engagement concludes with service documentation. Documentation includes description of completed work, measurement and inspection results, technical condition assessment and recommendations for further operation. Documentation is prepared in a format suitable for audits.
